For the Love of Surviving .... this!
I had no intention of writing this post this morning until I saw two news reports about the same topic offering polar opposite views. Now look, I get differing opinions BUT when the cards on the table involve human health, I draw the line.
Allow me to put this in perspective.
On one hand, we have Dr. Fauci coming forward to say that getting vaccinated is the key to ending the mutation (even though in another report, he suggests these vaccines may only protect us for 6 months, I guess like a flu shot). In the second report we learn that the latest variant is up to 50% more transmissible than the virus that surged last spring and again in the fall, making it more adept at thwarting measures that were previously effective, WHO experts warned.
While an argument can be made regarding different people, different areas of the world, let’s get one thing straight, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID ~ Dr. Fauci) and the WHO teamed up in 2010 with the Gates Foundation to launch the Decade of Vaccines Collaboration. With this in mind, there should not be such disagreement, if you will, on what’s really going on with this viral pandemic or how to take care of ourselves. The only thing they appear to agree on is to stay the hell away from one another and practice good hygiene.
Needless to say, I found myself shaking with disbelief and upset over the disparity because all any of this is doing is undermining our ability to survive these times with resiliency … of mind, emotion and immunity. It’s a means of confusion and what happens when you’re feeling confused by something?
In all honesty, each of us reacts to feeling bewildered or at a loss in different ways. I, for one, isolate and set out to clear things up through research. Otherwise instability rocks me to the core, and I walk around feeling out of balance. In a very short period of time, I feel anxiety making its way under my skin, and if I don’t get a handle on it, I become impossible to be around. What’s worse, my digestion is thrown off as is my appetite as I display a number of odd mannerisms. Therefore, seeking clarity and sharing my stand for truth is how I maintain my resilience.
Love is how all organisms survive …
Before saying anything further, please know, by love I mean the ‘unstoppable force’, NOT a romantic emotion.
Viruses don’t love one another as humans claim to love their children, friends, partners or spouses. BUT they do evolve through the force of love.
Everything exists in the same space. Take love and fear. Both are experienced as separate emotions in humans, but what if we viewed them as one and the same with the ability to exert change. If you cannot wrap your head around them being one energy, keep in mind one is not better than the other. This united force is activated by pressure which generates a response in direct proportion to the catalyst. In other words, the love / fear retort is prompted by stress a.k.a. the ‘It’ factor.
When it comes to a virus, bacteria, plant or animal, a threat to their survival creates a series of changes within the organism for the preservation of the species. Sometimes the one under attack doesn’t make it yet, communication takes place via signaling molecules that enhance the ability of those around to survive. This is how a vaccine may be thwarted in one body yet variants begin to show up in other areas. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about chickenpox, the flu or a coronavirus. Nature adapts. In fact, to call the newer strains mutants is silly … they are simply new versions that adapted from the pressure being exerted on the original strain.
This is why we have bacterial resistance to antibiotics and weeds that are resistant to herbicides.
Stress in the human body is also triggered by some type of threat. More often than not, it’s mental and emotional. Other times, it’s physical as well as environmental which includes chemicals, microbes or both. The reaction is the production of inflammatory oxidative stress, which I frequently point out, is not meant to be a 24/7 experience. Unfortunately, it is and the reason we have such a wide degree of degeneration in our collective health.
This brings me back to something I mentioned earlier in this post. Instability.
When we are mentally and emotionally unstable, the body is susceptible to devolving into a lack of balance and ultimately illness as it is riddled with inflammation and consistently on guard for further attack. A point I began making in March of 2020 was that the fear about the virus was and is more contagious than the virus itself. The emotional upset triggering inflammation hinders our immune system’s ability to develop a strong protection mechanism against the real threat due to being weakened by the false dangers perpetrated by our emotions.
This is why I feel compelled to shed light on the adaptability of nature! When we understand how organisms survive and thrive, we can begin to take better care of ourselves.
Think about this for a moment.
Sometimes an organism does not survive an attack but it sends messages to those around.
A virus does not panic, nor does it know fear. As the original strain struggles to survive, a stronger variant comes to light. What is the message in this for us?
Many of us have lost loved ones during this pandemic. Although I don’t know the state of mind of everyone, many reports suggest they were already facing other health issues. How can we learn from this based on the nature of nature?
Courage is the evolution of fear. In other words, if everything exists in the same space, how can we shift the fear we feel and transmute it into love? For those who have passed? For those who don’t know any better? For the confusion we’ve felt? For doing our best in spite of our fear? For the way nature and life actually serve our ability to survive? For our willingness to learn and grow? For our desire to survive this and so much more?
Is courage the remedy against this and all other illnesses? Yes and no. Courage neutralizes emotional upset and assists us with moving ahead with confidence which helps us to forge a path that maintains inner peace and improved sense of wellness.
