Convenience, like control, kills ...

… good health requires you to be up for it!

Wellness precedes health

Convenience kills

To have good health, one must Be well

To Be well, one must claim it

As an adverb, the word ‘well’ means ‘abundantly, very, very much; indeed, to be sure’. This is why in order to have better, one must KNOW better, and this requires a Presence that is not swayed by convenience.

When you think of convenience, you may go to foods, transportation … remote controls, microwaves and reading on a device. I know I do. Yet, when I think about how convenient life has become, it’s no wonder we’re witnessing a rise in people losing, or at the very least experiencing less of an ability, with:

  • their sense of smell

  • balance and mobility

  • their sense of wellness and feeling good

  • the ability to relax

  • the ability to think clearly

  • their creativity

And now life is inundated with AI!

The complication is we’re collectively falling into the trap of repeating mindsets. This is happening with wellness. Although it’s believed we’re getting away from allopathic practices, the concept remains the same.

Identify the symptom or issue and either relieve or fix it. While there’s nothing wrong with this concept (there’s nothing right or wrong about anything … that’s purely a human judgement … we just do what we believe we should do), the approach keeps a person locked into the belief that the body is incapable of righting itself when nothing could be further from the truth.

With all due respect, the degeneration of human health is happening at an alarming rate all because of money and the longer we agree the human body is worthless, the more money it takes to fix it.

THIS is why aromatherapy as a lifestyle matters.

It disrupts the worthless conversation and empowers the body’s ability to not just regulate itself but also restore good health.

However, it’s not a convenient process.

As I learned from a very close friend and doctor years ago, in order to get better, you must reverse the changes which essential oils do (and definitely possible according to other medical professionals AND the CDC). But not in the manner in which the current model suggests.

Writing my reference book is not easy or convenient because a lot of the science indicates the antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-blah, blah, blah. Although it sounds great and gets a lot of people roped into ‘a way that promotes a healthier life’, it’s not enough for me.

Quite frankly, it’s useless information. Essentially, they’re patting you on the head because they know people are interested in natural remedies. Your desire is no secret to them. Scientists have been studying nature for centuries and because we’re collectively in touch with how technology has progressed, they’re giving you what you want … but NOT what you need which is TRUTH.

Many people glance through information to gain just enough proof to promote something beneficial.

However, I read through it all to gain insight and proceed to deepen my research because I want to know why. This is how I was able to uncover the relationship between bacteria and cancer … something I shared with my surgical oncologist because she had not seen the research and has been practicing medicine for over 30 years.

This is the information going into my book because how we use essential oils matters.

If you’re down to simply quiet the symptoms, cool!

On the other hand, if you’re UP for being well and healthy, then I am UP for a chat. What’s more, if you’re a wellness professional looking to optimize your practice and give more to your clients, I have a ‘bring a friend opportunity’ for you. Click here to email me with BAF in the subject.
